يصدر مجلس الوزراء التعليمات والقرارات اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا النظام على أن يستمر العمل
بالتعليمات والقرارات الصادرة بمقتضى أحكام نظام الخدمة المدنية الى أن تلغى أو تعدل أو
يستبدل غيرها بها وفقاً لأحكام هذا النظام.
