القسم القانوني
مع مراعاة أحكام التشريعات المعمول بها:-
أ- يؤدي الموظف عند تعيينه القسم التالي :-
"أقسم باالله العظيم أن أكون مخلصاً للملك والوطن وأن أعمل بأمانة وإخلاص وأقوم بمهام
وظيفتي وواجباتها بتجرد وحياد وأن ألتزم بالقوانين والأنظمة".
ب- يؤدى القسم المشار إليه في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة أمام:-
1 -رئيس الوزراء لموظفي المجموعة الأولى من الفئة العليا.
2 . - الوزير لموظفي المجموعة الثانية من الفئة العليا
3 . - الأمين العام لباقي الموظفين
. ج- تحفظ نسخة من القسم في ملف الموظف بعد تأديته له وتوقيعه عليه
