يكون الموظف المُعين في القطاع العام تحت التجربة لمدة ثلاثة أشهر تبدأ من تاريخ مباشرته
العمل فعليا في وظيفته ويجوز للمرجع المختص ولأسباب مبررة إنهاء خدماته خلال تلك المدة.
