الفصل الأول
الأحكام المتعلقة بإدارة الموارد البشرية
في القطاع العام
سريان النظام
أ- تسري أحكام هذا النظام على الموظفين المعينين في وظائف مدرجة في جدول التشكيلات.
ب- على الرغم مما ورد في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة تسري على الموظفين المعينين قبل نفاذ
هذا النظام الأحكام الواردة في الفصل الثاني من هذا النظام والمتعلقة بالرواتب والعلاوات
والزيادات السنوية والترفيع الوجوبي وغيرها من الأحكـام المنصوص عليها فيه.
