أ- للموظف ضمن وظائف الإدارة الوسطى الحاصل على تقدير (انجاز المهام بمستوى متوسط)
أو للموظف ضمن الوظائف التخصصية أو الوظائف الإدارية والمهنية المساندة الحاصل على
تقدير (إنجاز المهام بمستوى ضعيف) الاعتراض على تقييم أدائه خلال سبعة أيام عمل من اليوم
التالي لتبلغه التقدير وفق النموذج المعد من الهيئة لهذه الغاية.
ب- يشكل الوزير لجنة لدراسة الاعتراضات المقدمة من الموظفين على نتائج تقييم الأداء تتألف
من ثلاثة من موظفي الدائرة لا تقل رتبة رئيسها عن رتبة الموظف المعترض ويحدد في قرار
تشكيلها كيفية عقد اجتماعاتها واتخاذ توصياتها وسائر الشؤون المتعلقة بها.
ج- ترفع اللجنة خلال خمسة أيام عمل من تاريخ إحالة الاعتراض إليها توصياتها للوزير لاتخاذ القرار
المناسب بشأنها.
