- أ 1 - يشكل الوزير لجنة خاصة في الدائرة للنظر في التظلمات ويحدد في قرار تشكيلها مهامها
وصلاحياتها.
2 - يراعى عند تشكيل اللجنة أن لا يكون أي من أعضائها مشاركاً في القرار أو الإجراء محل التظلم
. المرفوع اليها او مشاركا في لجان التحقيق ذات العلاقة بالموظف المتظلم
ب- يتم التحقق من صحة التظلم باتباع إجراءات شفافة وموثقة.
ج- ترفع اللجنة توصياتها للوزير في حال كان الأمين العام طرفا في التظلم لاتخاذ القرار
المناسب وللأمين العام في الحالات الاخرى ليتولى التنسيب بشأنها الى الوزير لاتخاذ القرار
المناسب.
