Article text
أ- لا يجوز اشهار أي بيانات أو معلومات شخصية تتعلق بالمدين أو بأي من أطراف اجراءات الإعسار
من الأشخاص الطبيعيين في السجل باستثناء البيانات والمعلومات التي يوجب القانون
اشهارها وفي الحدود المبينة فيه.
ب- لا يجوز استخدام البيانات أو المعلومات المشهرة في السجل لغير الأغراض المنصوص عليها
في القانون وعلى المسجل اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة للمحافظة على سرية المعلومات الشخصية
المشهرة في السجل.
ج- يجوز لأي شخص الاعتراض على بيانات الإشهار من خلال الموقع الالكتروني وفق الإجراءات
المنصوص عليها في التعليمات التي يصدرها المراقب لهذه الغاية.
