اذا كانت المؤسسة المسجلة تقدم اي خدمة داخل المنطقة التنموية وخارجها في ذات الوقت
فعليها إظهار دخلها
المتحقق في المنطقة التنموية في بياناتها المالية بشكل منفصل عن الدخل المتحقق من
عملها خارجها ، وبخلاف
ذلك يتم تقدير الضريبة المترتبة عليها بالتنسيق مع دائرة ضريبة الدخل والمبيعات بما يضمن
