Article text
أ- يلتزم المسج َّل بتوريد ضريبة مبيعات الخدمات والضريبة العامة المستحقة عليه خلال الشهر
التالي لانتهاء الفترة
الضريبية ، وللرئيس منح المسجّ َّل مدة اضافية لهذه الغاية على ان لا تزيد على شهر واحد شريطة
التقيد بما يلي :-
1 -ان يكون المسجّ َّل ملتزما بتقديم اقراراته خلال المهل القانونية المحددة لذلك ولم يرتكب اياً
من المخالفات
او جرائم التهرب الضريبي خلال الاثني عشر شهرا السابقة لتاريخ التقدم بطلب تأجيل دفع
الضريبة 0
2 -ان يتقدم بطلب خطي للهيئة يبين فيه اسباب تأجيل دفع الضريبة 0
3 -ان تكون الضريبة المطالب بتأجيلها ضريبة مستحقة على سلعة او خدمة خاضعة لضريبة
مبيعات الخدمات او
الضريبة العامة 0
( ب- يلتزم المسجّّل بتوريد الضريبة الخاصة المستحقة عليه خلال 21 ) واحد وعشرين يوماً من
انتهاء الفترة
