تسري احكام هذه التعليمات باعتماد الوسائل الالكترونية على :
( أ ) :
1 - عقد اجتماعات الهيئات العامة ومجالس الادارة وهيئات المديرين للشركات ذات المسؤولية
. المحدودة والمساهمة الخاصة والمساهمة العامة والدعوة اليها
2 - ايداع الوثائق والطلبات لكافة انواع الشركات .
3 - . إصدار الشهادات والنسخ عن الوثائق المحفوظة لدى الدائرة
4 - . اعتماد التواقيع والاجراءات التي يتطلبها القانون
ب - ( تتم ادارة الاجتماعات الواردة في البند 1 . ) من الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة من داخل المملكة
ج- تراعى الشروط والأحكام الواردة في عقد تأسيس الشركة ونظامها الاساسي .
