أحكام ختامية
أ- تشكل في الوزارة بقرار من الوزير لجنة أو اكثر للتظلمات برئاسة أمين عام الوزارة.
ب- تتولى اللجنة النظر في طلبات التظلم المقدمة من المستثمرين للتحقق من سلامة
الإجراءات المتخذة أو القرارات الصادرة عن الجهة الرسمية.
ج- تنظم الأمور المتعلقة بعمل اللجنة وعدد أعضائها والنصاب القانوني لاجتماعاتها واتخاذ
قراراتها والمدد الزمنية اللازمة وسائر الأحكام والإجراءات المتعلقة بالتظلم بمقتضى نظام.
د- في حال عدم امتثال الجهة الرسمية لتوصية اللجنة يرفع الوزير التوصية الى المجلس.
