Article text
أ- يجوز تسوية منازعات عقود الاستثمار بين الجهة الرسمية والمستثمر من خلال التحكيم وفقا
للقواعد المتفق عليها بينهما وفي حال وجود اتفاق تحكيم دون تحديد القواعد فللمستثمر اختيار
تطبيق أي من القواعد التالية:-
1 - قانون التحكيم الأردني.
2 .( - قواعد التحكيم الخاصة بلجنة الأمم المتحدة للقانون التجاري الدولي )الأونسيترال
3 . - قواعد التحكيم الخاصة بغرفة التجارة الدولية
. ب- يكون مكان التحكيم في المملكة في مدينة عمان ما لم ينص العقد على غير ذلك
ج- إذا صدر قرار تحكيم من هيئة تحكيم أجنبية أو دولية بمقتضى أحكام هذه المادة يتم تنفيذه
وفقا لقانون تنفيذ الأحكام الأجنبية والاتفاقيات ذات العلاقة النافذة في المملكة.
