تطبق المحكمة أو هيئة التحكيم على منازعات عقود الاستثمار القانون المتفق عليه بين
الأطراف وفي حال عدم وجود مثل هذا الاتفاق تُطبق القانون الأردني باستثناء قواعد القانون
الدولي الخاص.
