Article 143 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - يكتب التظهير على سند السحب ذاته او على ورقة اخرى متصلة به.
2 . - ويجب او يوقع عليه المظهر
3 - ويجوز ان لا يعين في التظهير الشخص المظهر له و ان يقتصر على توقيع المظهر (على
بياض ) وفي الحالة الاخيرة لا يكون
التظهير صحيحا الا اذا كتب على ظهر السند او على الورقة المتصلة به.
