Article 144 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - ينقل التظهير جميع الحقوق الناشئة عن السند.
2 -: - واذا كان التظهير على بياض جاز لحامله
. ا- ان يملأ البياض بكتابة اسمه او اسم شخص آخر
ب- ان يظهر السند من جديد على بياض او الى شخص آخر.
ج- ان يسلمه كما هو لاي شخص اخر بغير ان يملا البياض وبغير ان يظهره.
