Article text
1 - لا يجوز ان يعلق القبول على شرط.
2 . - ولكن يجوز للمسحوب عليه ان يقصر القبول على جزء من مبلغ الكمبيالة
3 - واذا انطوت صيغة القبول على تعديل اخر في بيان من بيانات السند يعد هذا التعديل رفضاَ

4 - ومع ذلك يظل القابل ملزما بما تضمنته صيغة القبول.
