Article 162 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - يكتب الضمان الاحتياطي اما على السند ذاته واما على الورقة المتصلة به.
2 - ويكون هذا الضمان بصيغة مقبول كضمان احتياطي او باية عبارة اخرى مماثلة يذيلها
. الضامن بتوقيعه
3 - ويذكر في صيغة الضمان اسم المضمون والا عد حاصلا للساحب.
4 - ويعتبر الضمان (قائما) اذا وضع مقدم الضمان توقيعه على صدر السند ، الا ان يكون ساحبا او
. مسحوبا عليه
5 - ويجوز اعطاء الضمان الاجتماعي على صك مستقل يبين فيه المكان الذي تم فيه.
6 . - والضامن الاحتياطي بصك مستقل لا يلزم الا تجاه من ضمنه
