Article text
1 - للمسحوب عليه عند ايفائه قيمة السند ان يطلب الى الحامل تسليمه اليه موقعا عليه بما
. يفيد الوفاء
2 - وليس للحامل ان يرفض وفاء جزئياَ.
3 - واذا كان الوفاء جزئياَ جاز للمسحوب عليه ان يطلب اثبات هذا الوفاء في السند وان يطلب
. مخالصة بذلك
4 - وكل ما يدفع من اصل قيمة السند تبرأ منه ذمة ساحبه ومظهريه وضامنيه الاحتياطيين وعلى
الحامل ان يقدم الاحتجاج عما
بقي منه.
