Article text
1 - لا يجبر حامل السند على استلام قيمته قبل الاستحقاق.
2 . - فاذا اوفى المسحوب عليه قبل الاستحقاق تحمل تبعة ذلك
3 . - ومن اوفى في ميعاد الاستحقاق برئت ذمته ما لم يكن ذلك عن غش او خطأ جسيم
4 . - وعليه ان يستوثق من صحة تسلسل التظهيرات
5 . - ولكنه غير ملزم بالتثبيت من صحة تواقيع المظهرين
