1 - يجب اثبات الوفاء بطريق التدخل بعبارة تفيد وصول القيمة تكتب على السند ويذكر فيها من
حصل الوفاء لمصلحته
والا عد الوفاء حاصلا لمصلحة الساحب.
2 - ويجب ان يسلم السند الى الموفي كما يجب ان تسلم له ورقة الاحتجاج ان كان ثمة احتجاج.
