Article text
1 - يكتسب الموفي بطريق التدخل جيمع الحقوق الناشئة عن السند تجاه من حصل الوفاء
لمصلحته وتجاه من التزموا نحو
هذا الاخير بمقتضى السند انما لا يجوز لهذا الموفي تظهيره.
2 - وتبرأ ذمم المظهرين اللاحقين لمن حصل الوفاء لمصلحتهم .
3 - واذا تقدم عدة اشخاص للوفاء بطريق التدخل كانت الافضلية لمن يترتب على ايفائه براءة
. ذمم اكثر عدد من الملتزمين
4 - ومن تدخل للوفاء وهو عالم بان في تدخله مخالفة للحكمة المتقدم سقط حقه في الرجوع
على من كانت تبرأ ذمته لولا
هذا التدخل.
