1 - فيما عدا الاحوال المذكورة في المادة السابقة يمكن على الدوام عرض الدفاتر التجارية او
. المطالبة بابرازها لاستخلاص ما يتعلق منها بالنزاع
2 - وللقاضي ان يأمر من تلقاء نفسه بابراز الدفاتر المذكورة للغاية ذاتها.
