الفصل الثالث
سجل التجارة
1 - سجل التجارة يمكن الجمهور من الحصول على المعلومات الوافية عن كل التجار
. والمؤسسات التجارية في المملكة
2 - وهو ايضاَ اداة للشهر يقصد بها جعل محتوياته نافذة في حق الغير عند وجود نص قانون صريح
. بهذا المعنى
3 - يمنح التجار والمؤسسات التجارية ميعاداَ للقيام بمعاملات التسجيل في سجل التجارة وفق
احكام هذا القانون والانظمة
التي توضع بمقتضاه.
