الباب الثاني
السند الامر
يشتمل السند لامر على البيانات الآتية:
. أ- شرط الامر او عبارة (سند لامر) او( كمبيالة) مكتوبة في متن السند وباللغة التي كتب بها
ب- تعهد غير معلق على شرط باداء قدر معين من النقود.
ج- تاريخ الاستحقاق.
د- مكان الاداء.
هـ-اسم من يجب الاداء له او لامره.
و- تاريخ انشاء السند ومكان انشائه.
ز- توقيع من انشاء السند (المحرر).
