الاحكام المتعلقة بسند السحب فيما يختص بتظهيره واستحقاقه ووفائه والرجوع بسبب عدم
الوفاء والاحتجاج والوفاء بالواسطة
والصور والتحريف والتقادم وايام العطل الرسمية وحساب المهل والمواعيد وحظر منح المواعيد
القضائية والقانونية والحجز
الاحتياطي تتبع جميعاَ في السند لامر ذلك كله بالقدر الذي لا تتعارض مع ماهيته.
