الباب الثالث
الشيك
الفصل الاول
انشاؤه وصيغته
يشتمل الشيك على البيانات الآتية:
أ- كلمة( شيك ) مكتوبة في متن السند وباللغة التي كتب بها.
ب- امر غير معلق على شرط باداء قدر معين من النقود.
ج- اسم من يلزمه الاداء (المسحوب عليه ).
د- مكان الاداء.
هـ- تاريخ انشاء الشيك ومكان انشائه.
و- توقيع من انشأ الشيك (الساحب).
