1 - لا قبول في الشيك واذا كتبت على الشيك عبارة القبول عدت كان لم تكن.
2 - علىانه يجوز للمسحوب عليه ان يؤشر على الشيك ، وهذه الاشارة تفيد وجود مقابل الوفاء
