الفصل السابع
الاحتجاج
1 - يجب اثبات الامتناع عن الدفع بالوسائل المبينة في المادة السابقة قبل انقضاء الميعاد

2 - فاذا وقع التقديم في اخر يوم من هذا الميعاد جاز اثبات الامتناع في يوم العمل التالي له.
