قبل توقيع الامضاءات يتخذ القاضي المنتدب قرارا يدرجه في المحضر يدعو به اصحاب العلاقة
الى حضور جلسة معينة امام
المحكمة لاجل تصديق الصلح في ميعاد لا يتجاوز عشرين يوما.
