Article text
1 - على المفوض ان يودع قلم المحكمة قبل الجلسة المعينة للتصديق بثلاثة ايام تقريره
. المعلل في امكان قبول الصلح
2 - ويقدم القاضي المنتدب تقريره في الجلسة.
3 . - ويحق للمدين وللدائن ان يتدخلوا في المناقشة
4 - وللمحكمة ان تدعو المفوض الى غرفة المذاكرة لاخذ ايضاحات منه بعد ان ترسل علما
. للمدين وللدائنين المتدخلين
