Article text
1 -يسقط الحكم بشهر الافلاس آجال الديون المترتبة في ذمة المفلس.
2 . - ولا يشمل هذا السقوط شركاؤه في الالتزام
3 . - ويستفيد من سقوط الاجل دائنوه الحائزون على تأمين
4 - ولحاملي اسناد القرض ذات المكافأة عند الوفاء ان يبرزوها حالا في التفليسة كما جاء في
