Article text
1 - اذا كان المفلس مالكاً لعقارات او لحقوق عينية عقارية فيكون الحكم بشهر الافلاس خاضعاً
لقواعد الشهر المختصة بالرهون
والتأمينات العقارية.
2 - يسجل الحكم بشهر الافلاس في السجل العقاري بواسطة وكلاء التفليسة.
3 . - وينشأ عن هذا التسجيل من تاريخ وقوعه تأمين جبري لمصلحة كتلة الدائنين
