Article 348 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - تودع قرارات القاضي المنتدب قلم المحكمة حال صدورها.
2 . - وتكون على كل حال قابلة لاعتراض كل ذي مصلحة امام المحكمة
3 . - ويجوزللمحكمة ايضا ان تنظر فيها من تلقاء نفسها
4 - يقدم الاعتراض في شكل استدعاء الى قلم المحكمة في ميعاد خمسة ايام من تاريخ القرار
وعلى المحكمة ان تفصله في ميعاد
ثمانية ايام بقرار لا يقبل الطعن.
