Article 355 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - يرخص القاضي المنتدب ببيع الاشياء القابلة للهلاك او لنقص في قيمتها او التي تسلتزم
صيانتها نفقة طائلة ويتم ذلك
بواسطة الوكلاء.
2 - لا يجوز للمحكمة ان تسمح باستثمار المتجر بواسطة وكلاء التفليسة الا بناء على تقرير
القاضي المنتدب اذا كانت المصلحة
العامة او مصلحة الدائنين تستوجبه بحكم الضرورة.
