يطلب الوكلاء رفع الاختام للشروع في جرد اموال المفلس بحضوره او بعد دعوته حسب الاصول
وذلك في ميعاد ثلاثة ايام
من تاريخ وضع الاختام او من تاريخ صدور الحكم بشهر الافلاس اذا كان هذا التدبير قد جرى قبل
صدوره.
