Article text
1 - يقدم وكلاء التفليسة تقريرا عن حالتها وعن المعلومات والعمليات التي اجريت.
2 . - ويجب ان تسمع اقوال المفلس
3 - ويسلم تقرير وكلاء التفليسة المشتمل على تواقيعهم الى القاضي المنتدب فينظم هذا
القاضي محضرا بما جرى في الاجتماع
وبالقرارات التي اصدرتها الهيئة.
