Article text
1 - تنعقد هيئة المصالحة برئاسة القاضي المنتدب في المكان واليوم والساعة التي عينها
2 - ويشترك فيها الدائنون الذين اثبتت ديونهم نهائيا او قبلت مؤقتا اما بانفسهم واما بواسطة
وكلاء يحملون تفويضا بكتب
عادية.
3 - ويدعى المفلس الى هذا الاجتماع ويجب عليه ان يحضر بنفسه ولا يجوز له ان يرسل من يمثله
الا لاسباب مقبولة وافق
عليها القاضي المنتدب.
