Article text
1 - بمجرد اكتساب حكم التصديق قوة القضية المقتضية تنقطع اثار الافلاس مع الاحتفاظ
بسقوط الحقوق السياسية عليها في
( المادة 326 ).
2 - يقدم وكلاء التفليسة الذين تنتهي وظيفتهم حسابهم الى المفلس بحضور القاضي
المنتدب فتجري فيه المناقشة ويقرها ثم
يسلم الوكلاء الى المفلس مجموع امواله ودفاتره واوراقه واشيائه فيعطيهم سند ايصال
مقابل تسليمها
3 - وينظم القاضي المنتدب محضراً بكل ذلك وتنتهي وظيفته.
4 . - واذا قام نزاع تفصل فيه المحكمة
