Article 410 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - يستشار الدائنون فيما اذا كان من المستطاع اعطاء المفلس اعانة من مال التفليسة.
2 - فاذا رضيت اغلبية الدائنين الحاضرين جاز اعطاؤه مبلغاً على سبيل الاعانة من مال التفليسة
فيقترح الوكلاء مقدار
الاعانة ويحدده القاضي المنتدب بقرار.
3 - لا يجوز لغير الوكلاء ان يعترضوا على هذا القرار امام المحكمة.
