Article text
اتحاد الدائنين
1 - اذا لم يقع صلح يقع الدائنون حتماَ في حالة الاتحاد.
2 - ويستشيرهم القاضي المنتدب حالا فيما يتعلق باعمال الادارة وفي شأن ابقاء وكلاء
التفليسة او استبدالهم ويقبل في
المناقشة الدائنون الممتازون او الحائزون لرهن او تأمين على عقار او منقول .
3 - ينظم محضر باقوال الدائنين وملاحظاتهم .
4 . - وبعد الاطلاع على هذا المحضر تعين المحكمة وكلاء الاتحاد
5 - ويحجب على وكلاء التفليسة الذين خرجوا من وظائفهم ان يقدموا حساباَ للوكلاء الجدد
بحضور القاضي المنتدب بعد دعوة
