Article 426 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - يجوز للمفلس ولكل شخص من ذوي الحقوق ان يطلب في كل وقت من المحكمة الرجوع عن
هذا الحكم اذا اثبت وجود مال كاف
للقيام بنفقات التفليسة او سلم الوكلاء المبلغ الكافي لها.
2 - وفي جميع الاحوال يجب ان توفى اولا نفقات الدعاوي التي اقيمت عملا بأحكام المادة
