الفصل الخامس
الحقوق الخاصة التي يمكن الاحتجاج بها بمواجهة التفليسة
1 - اصحاب الديون المترتبة على عدة مدينين
ان الدائن الذي يحمل اسناد دين ممضاه او مظهره او مكفولة بوجه التضامن من المفلس ومن
شركاء له في الالتزام مفلسين
ايضا يشترك في التوزيع مع كل كتلة من كتل الدائنين ويكون اشتراكه فيها على قدر مبلغ دينه
الاسمي الى ان يتم
ايفاؤه.
