1 - لا يحق على الاطلاق لتفليسات الملتزمين بالتزام واحد ان يرجع بعضها على بعض بالحصص
المدفوعة الا اذا كان مجموع
الحصص التي تؤديها التفليسات المذكورة يزيد على مجموع اصل الدين وتوابعه.
2 - وفي هذه الحالة تعود الزيادة الى الملتزمين الذين يكفلهم بقية شركائهم في الالتزام مع
