تنظر المحاكم الجزائية في جرائم الافلاس التقصيري او الاحتيالي بناء على طلب وكلاء
التفليسة او اي شخص من الدائنين
او النباية العامة وتطبق في هذا الشأن احكام قانون العقوبات.
