Article text
1 - يعتبر باطلا بالنسبة الى جميع الاشخاص بما فيهم المفلس كل اتفاق يعقد بين احد الدائنين
والمفلس اواي شخص آخر
على منافع خاصة ينالها الدائن مقابل تصويته في هيئات التفليسة او ينجم عنه نفع خاص يناله
الدائن من موجودات المفلس.
2 - ويجب على الدائن ان يرجع النقود والمبالغ التي حصل عليها بمقتضى هذه الاتفاقات الى
. من تعود له قانوناً
