Article text
1 - لا يترتب على الدعوىالجزائية المقامة من اجل الافلاس التقصيري او الاحتيالي اي تعديل في
القواعد العادية المختصة
بادارة التفليسة.
2 - يلزم الوكلاء في هذه الحال ان يسلموا الىالنيابة العامة جميع السندات والصكوك والاوراق
والمعلومات التي تطلب
منهم.
