1 - يرفع طلب اعادة الاعتبار الى النائب العام في منطقة المحكمة التي اصدرت الحكم بالافلاس
وتضم اليه اسناد الايصال
والاوراق المثبتة.
2 - يحيل النائب العام جميع الاوراق الى المحكمة التي اعلنت الافلاس ويكلفها التحقيق عن
