Article 474 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 . - اذا رد الطلب فلا يمكن العودة اليه الا بعد مرور سنة
2 - واذا قبل الطلب ادرج الحكم الصادر من محكمة البداية او الاستئناف في سجل محكمة
التفليسة والمحكمة التي يقيم في
منطقتها المستدعي .
3 -ويرسل ايضاَ هذا الحكم الى النائب العام الذي تلقى طلب اعادة الاعتبار فيأمر بالاشارة اليه
. في السجل المختص
4 - ويسجل ايضاَ هذا الحكم في سجل التجارة.
