لا يجوز اعادة الاعتبار التجاري الى المفلسين الذين حكم عليهم بالافلاس الاحتيالي او بسرقةاو
احتيال او اساءة امانة
الا اذا كانوا قد حصلوا على اعادة الاعتبار الجزائي.
