Article text
1 - ان عقود البيع والقرض والتأمين وجميع العقود التي لم تحدد قواعدها في هذا القانون تخضع
. للقانون المدني وللعرف
2 - ان علميات البورصة سواء اكانت على اوراق مالية ام على بضائع تخضع للقواعد المختصة
. بانواع العقود المختلفة التي تتخذ شكلها او تتصف بها وللانظمة الخاصة بالبورصات التجارية
3 - اما العقود المختصة بالتجارة البحرية فتخضع لقانون التجارة البحرية.
